Coronavirus

In September 2021 we started our new school year without many of the restrictions and procedures that had been in place to combat the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. Whilst we welcome the return to more normal school year, there are still some measures that remain in place to reduce the risk of infection among our school community. Changes to home to school transport

The arrangements for those children who travel to Overfields Primary School on Local Authority transport have changed. The modified risk assessment can be found below. These temporary arrangements are caused by staff absence issues within the Local Authority Transport Service, caused by the pandemic.


Contingency Plan

The school has a Coronavirus (Covid-19) contingency plan, produced by the Ironstone Academy Trust which provides details of measures which could be introduced in the event of a resurgence of the virus.
